ICC3 – Quality Control
ICC3 is automatic quality control method with alarm function. ICC3 measures the end diameter and end pressure which need to be within defined values.
ICC3 removes the need for the manual measurement of the product and records all the crimping parameters and data.
Different count modes:
- Pressure or diameter
- Pressure and diameter
- Pressure only
- Diameter only
ICC3 increases the production efficiency and prevents faulty parts ending up to final customers.
Different alarm modes:
- Counter value not changed
- Sound
- Die set lock
- Machine lock (operator can not remove the part)
